Optional prepaid import service for orders delivered to the United States. By selecting this option, a fixed fee equal to 35% of the merchandise subtotal will be added to your order.

This consists of 30% customs-cost coverage and a 5% customs administration fee. Dusty Linen will arrange for the applicable import duties and carrier customs clearance charges to be billed to us instead of you.

Import charges can vary depending on the product classification, country of origin, declared merchandise value, and customs assessment. This is a fixed DDP service fee and is not a calculation or representation of the exact amount charged by U.S. Customs or the carrier.

If the actual covered import charges are higher than the amount collected, Dusty Linen will cover the difference. If the actual covered import charges are lower than the amount collected, the difference will not be refunded, credited, or adjusted. The DDP fee is a fixed prepaid service charge rather than a reimbursement of the exact customs amount.

Once your order has been placed and payment has been completed, the DDP service cannot be cancelled, removed, or refunded.

To potentially pay less, you may remove the DDP service from your cart before checkout and pay any applicable import charges directly to the carrier when your order enters the United States.
