Yes. If you are unsure about measurements, fullness, length or the best fit for your space, send me your measurements and, if possible, a few photos. I would rather check the details with you before you order than have you guess.

For curtains and other custom pieces, the proportions of the room, hanging system and how you want the finished piece to fall can all affect the final size.

I usually reply to enquiries within 24–48 hours, so please allow a little time for me to look through the details properly and come back to you with a considered answer.

If colour, texture or transparency are important to you, I strongly recommend ordering fabric samples before placing a larger order.

Linen can look quite different depending on daylight, artificial light and the colours already present in your room. Screens also do not reproduce fabric colours perfectly. Seeing and touching the linen in your own space is the most reliable way to choose.

Most DUSTY LINEN pieces are made to order and typically require 3–10 business days for production before shipping.

Larger quantities, unusually complex custom projects or certain materials may require more time. If your order has a specific deadline, please contact me before ordering so I can confirm what is realistically possible.

Custom-made and personalised pieces cannot normally be returned, because they are made specifically to your measurements or specifications.

For this reason, I encourage you to check measurements carefully and contact me before ordering if anything is unclear. I am always happy to look over the details with you first.

Non-custom items can be returned within 14 days, subject to our return conditions.

Orders to the United States are shipped by express courier.

US customers can choose whether to handle import duties themselves or, when available at checkout, select our DDP service, where customs charges are covered in advance.

If DDP is not selected, any applicable import duties, taxes or customs fees are paid by the customer directly to the carrier during customs clearance.

Sometimes the answer is yes, with a few adjustments. Sometimes another solution would simply make more sense.

I do not want you to order something just because I can sell it to you. I would rather be clear before the order than have you receive something that does not work the way you expected.
