To maintain the quality and natural beauty of your Dusty Linen items:

Washing: Hand wash or use a gentle machine cycle at 40°C / cold water. Wash separately or with similar colors to prevent color transfer.

Drying: For best results, dry on low heat or hang to dry. This helps maintain the fabric’s texture and reduces wear.

Softened Look: For the relaxed, softened linen look, avoid ironing and embrace a slightly creased finish. If you prefer a smoother look, iron inside-out on a medium-high setting, or use a moderate steam setting.

Avoid Bleach: Do not bleach, as it can damage the natural fibers and alter the color.

With each wash, your linen will become softer, enhancing its timeless appeal.

Each Dusty Linen product is made to order, requiring 3 to 5 working days for production.

Delivery typically takes an additional 3 to 7 working days, depending on your location and shipping method.

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition—unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. Please note that custom-made orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
