This Shipping Policy applies to purchases made at DustyLinen.com, operated by MB Linorita (“we,” “us,” “our”).
1) Where We Ship
We currently ship to the European Union (EU), the United States, Canada, Australia, and other selected destinations shown at checkout (if available).
Important: We do not ship to all states, provinces, or territories within these countries. Availability may be limited due to courier restrictions and destination-based surcharges (remote or extended areas).
✅ The most accurate list of available destinations is always the one shown at checkout.
We do not ship to the United Kingdom (UK) or China.
If a UK or China shipping address is entered at checkout, we may cancel and refund the order.

2) Processing Time (Made to Order)
All products are made to order. Processing typically takes 3–10 business days, depending on fabric availability, order volume, and seasonal workload.
During peak periods (holidays, high-demand periods), processing may take up to 2 additional business days.
3) Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are shown at checkout unless stated otherwise below.
Subscriber Shipping Discount (Newsletter)
We may offer a newsletter subscriber shipping discount (e.g., €10 off shipping) via a promo code sent by email after subscription. This offer is intended for your first purchase (one-time use / one per customer unless stated otherwise).
This discount is applied at checkout as a reduction of the order total and may not cover destination-based carrier surcharges (e.g., remote/extended areas, islands) or other additional courier fees. Newsletter shipping discounts cannot be combined with other shipping offers unless stated otherwise at checkout.
How the shipping discount can affect shipping rate tiers
Our shipping rates are based on order value tiers. If you apply a newsletter discount, your discounted order value may fall into a different shipping tier. In that case, the shipping price shown at checkout may adjust accordingly.
Example: If your items total €152 and a €10 discount is applied, the discounted total becomes €142 — the shipping rate may then change from €25 to €35 based on the applicable tier.
Free Express Shipping
We offer FREE express shipping for orders over €400 (or the equivalent shown at checkout) to standard destinations and for parcels up to 10 kg.
Note: Free shipping does not include destination-based carrier surcharges for remote areas, islands, or special address types (see Section 5).
Newsletter shipping discounts cannot be combined with other shipping offers unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Delivery estimates start after dispatch (see Section 4).
Standard Shipping Rates (EU, USA, Canada, Australia & selected destinations)
Our shipping rates are shown at checkout and may follow these standard tiers (for parcels up to 10 kg):

€0.00–€149.99: €35.00

€150.00–€399.99: €25.00
Important: Final rates may vary if carriers apply destination-based surcharges or if shipping costs increase significantly due to destination/location or exceeded parcel weight (over 10 kg). If additional shipping fees apply and were not calculated at checkout, we will contact you before dispatch with the extra amount.
Orders are dispatched only after any required surcharge is approved and paid.
4) Estimated Delivery Time (After Dispatch)
Delivery times are estimates and begin after your order is dispatched (not from the purchase date).

EU, USA, Canada: typically 1–6 business days

Australia: typically 3–10 business days (may vary by region and customs)
Delays may occur due to customs checks, severe weather, remote locations, holidays/weekends, or courier delays beyond our control.
5) Remote Areas & Additional Courier Surcharges
Some addresses are classified as Remote Areas (or similar) by DHL or other carriers. In such cases, additional surcharges may apply.
If an additional courier surcharge applies and was not calculated at checkout:

We will contact you before dispatch with the surcharge amount, and
-
Your order will be dispatched only after the surcharge is approved and paid.
If you do not approve the surcharge, you may choose one of the following options:

Provide a different shipping address (a standard destination) where the surcharge does not apply, or
-
Cancel the order for a refund if production has not started, in line with our cancellation rules (see Section 8).
We may also request additional payment before dispatch if the carrier applies surcharges for reasons such as oversized parcels, special handling, or additional insurance.
6) Customs, Duties & Import Taxes (Non-EU Orders)
For deliveries outside the European Union (including USA, Canada, Australia), you may be charged:

customs duties,
-
import VAT/GST,
-
brokerage/clearance fees charged by carriers or local authorities.
These charges:

are not included in product or shipping prices,
-
are not collected by us at checkout,
-
are determined entirely by local customs and couriers, and
-
are the buyer’s responsibility.
We do not reimburse any customs duties, import VAT/GST, or brokerage/clearance fees.
7) Unpaid Import Charges / Returned or Abandoned Parcels (Non-EU Orders Only)
This section applies only if the recipient refuses to pay required import charges (duties, import VAT/GST, clearance/brokerage fees) and, as a result, the parcel is returned to us, abandoned, or destroyed by the carrier or customs.

If the parcel is abandoned or destroyed, no refund, compensation, or replacement will be issued.

If the parcel is returned to us, any refund (if applicable) will be processed only after we receive the parcel back, and may be reduced by original shipping costs, return shipping costs, and any carrier/customs penalties or fees charged to us.
Custom/personalized items remain non-refundable.
Re-shipment (if returned to us): If you later request that the same parcel be shipped again, you must pay all fees/penalties charged to us due to the return and the new shipping cost (free shipping, if offered on the original order, does not apply to re-shipments).
Storage & disposal: If a returned parcel is not claimed for re-shipment within a reasonable period, we may dispose of it in accordance with carrier/customs rules where permitted.
Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
8) Order Cancellation (Time Limit)
Because items are made to order, orders may be canceled only within 12 hours of purchase.
After 12 hours, fabric cutting and production may begin and cancellations are no longer possible.
9) VAT (EU vs Non-EU Orders)

EU orders: VAT may be included/charged according to EU rules and the rates shown at checkout.

Non-EU orders (USA/Canada/Australia): orders are shipped without EU VAT, and the destination country may charge import taxes/VAT/GST (see Section 6).
