If there’s a quality issue or we made a mistake, we make it right—quickly and fairly. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue (and the packaging/shipping label if applicable). Once confirmed, we’ll offer the best resolution: repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.

All Dusty Linen products are made-to-order in our workshop in Lithuania (Europe). Each piece is handmade by skilled artisans and quality-checked before dispatch.

Production is typically 3–10 business days, depending on the item and order volume.

Delivery times are estimates and start after your order is dispatched (not from the purchase date).
EU, USA, Canada: typically 1–6 business days
Australia: typically 3–10 business days (may vary by region and customs)
Delays can happen due to customs checks, severe weather, holidays/weekends, remote locations, or courier delays beyond our control.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and order value. Our standard rates (up to 10 kg) are typically:
• €35 for orders €0–€149.99
• €25 for orders €150–€399.99
• FREE express shipping for orders over €400 (standard destinations, up to 10 kg)
Some locations may require a remote/extended area surcharge. If it isn’t calculated at checkout, we’ll contact you before dispatch to confirm the extra fee.
Note: Newsletter subscribers may receive a €10 shipping discount code. If applied, it can change your shipping tier by lowering the order total.

Because each item is made to order, changes or cancellations are only possible within 12 hours of purchase. After that, fabric cutting and production may begin, and we may no longer be able to modify or cancel the order.
If you need to update something (measurements, notes, or shipping address), please contact us as soon as possible—we’ll do our best to help if production hasn’t started yet.

Taxes, VAT, duties, and carrier handling fees may apply depending on your country and are typically collected by your local authorities or the carrier. We recommend checking local rules before ordering.

Because most of our items are made to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind on custom-made or personalized orders.
EU customers (standard items only): Eligible standard items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in resellable condition. Please contact us before sending anything back—unannounced returns may be refused.
Non-EU customers: Due to the made-to-order nature of our production and international return limitations, we generally don’t offer change-of-mind returns outside the EU. Returns may be accepted only if an item is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect, or where required by local consumer laws.
Hygiene / final sale: Opened, used, or washed hygiene-related items (including bedding) and “Final Sale” items are not returnable (except where required by law).
If something arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the issue, packaging, and shipping label—we’ll offer the best resolution (repair, replacement, or refund where applicable).

Once we receive and inspect the returned item (where a return applies), approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Please note: shipping fees are generally non-refundable, and customs/import duties, VAT/GST, and carrier handling fees are not refunded by us.
